DELIVERY
Personalised items are made to order in our workshop. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to make your item, then delivery on top.
We ship across the UK with tracked services (Royal Mail and courier). Most orders arrive within 2-5 working days of dispatch. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Need it for a date? Add a note at checkout or contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
RETURNS
Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind — they are made specifically for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or the personalisation does not match what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. No quibbles.
Non-personalised items can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
