Refund policy

Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, as they are made specifically for you. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or the personalisation does not match the details you provided at checkout, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including postage.

 

Non-personalised items may be returned unused and in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
