Shipping policy

All personalised items are made to order in our workshop in Stirlingshire, Scotland. Please allow 1-3 working days for production before dispatch.

 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Orders are sent by tracked Royal Mail or courier services, and most arrive within 2-5 working days of dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

 

If you need an order for a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm honestly whether we can meet it. During peak periods (especially November and December) production times may be slightly longer — any changes will be shown on the product page.

 

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier and put it right.
