• Kraft gift box with tissue lining
All three pieces are presented together in a box, ready to give as a thoughtful memorial gift.

MADE PERSONAL TO YOU

Choose the photograph and wording that best celebrate your companion. You can personalise:

• Photo block: photograph, name, optional dates and a short message.
• Slate plaque: your chosen verse, name or short message.
• Slate heart: their name, accompanied by paw prints.

Suggested wording includes:
“Forever in our hearts”
“You left paw prints on our hearts forever.”
“Forever loved, always remembered.”

HOW TO ORDER

1. Place your order and enter the name, any dates and your chosen wording in the personalisation box.

2. Clearly label which wording is for the photo block and which is for the slate plaque.

3. Send your photograph by replying to your order confirmation email after purchasing. If your wording does not fit in the personalisation box, send it in the same message.

Please check all names, dates and spelling carefully. If you would prefer no dates, simply let us know.

CHOOSING YOUR PHOTO

Please send a clear, high-quality original photograph where possible. A photo with space around your pet’s face works best for the heart-shaped design. We may crop the photograph to suit the layout.

DISPLAY & CARE

The acrylic block stands on a flat, stable surface without a separate stand. The slate plaque can be displayed leaning securely against a suitable support, while the heart can be hung using its supplied string. Display stands and hooks are not included.

Wipe gently with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. Handle the slate carefully to protect its natural edges.

PLEASE NOTE

Natural slate varies in texture, colour and edge shape, so each piece is unique. Slate measurements are approximate. Photo colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print.

The names, photographs and dates shown are personalisation examples. Your set will be made using the details you supply. The kraft gift box and tissue lining are included; flowers and other decorative props are not.
